shown as a cosponsor on SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4                          
Relating to an amendment to the Constitution of the United States              
setting out the authority of the United States Congress and of state           
legislatures to enact laws relating to limits on election campaign             
expenditures.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
